The JACDEC Database has become a steadily grown, indispensable resource for all of our safety analysis, statistics, and comparison tables.
The database consists of many thousands of individual accidents and incidents that had occurred over the last decades. In addition to individual accident information and airline reviews and country information flow in this database. Each individual data set consists of 80 single queryable parameters.
In addition to all aircraft total losses (the so-called „Hull Losses“) the database also consists all known cases of serious and many incidents the less severe occurrences of commercial air traffic. Check the number of available case numbers in the table to the right.
For flight safety research and scientific studies, the JACDEC database has become a significant data source.
We also benefit from an inventory of over 1300 qualified investigative reports that all were published by recognized authorities in accordance with established definitions.
