During climb-out the pilots reported undercarriage problems and expressed their wish to return to O´Hare Airport. After a fly-by to allow a visual inspection by the tower personnel, the aircraft returned to land on runway 10 (lengh= 3090 m). However on landing the aircraft veered off to the right coming to rest on the paved safety area of runway 14R. No person on board the aircraft was injured. The passengers were later bussed to the terminal. 

During the descent to Hartford, the pilots were forced to shut down an engine because of a fuel supply problem. The A310 made a safe single engine landing at Hartford about 20 minutes later.

About 10 minutes after take-off the pilots reported a crack in a windhsield and discontinued the climb at 14000 ft. The aircraft safely returned to runway 32 at Haugesund.

The AA Eagle regional flight had just arrived and was taxiing to gate G20 near Terminal 3 when its tail was hit by the right wing of the 747 resulting in major damage to both aircraft. At the time the 747 was taxiing from the cargo ramp for take-off along taxyway "Alpha". At the time of the collision, the Embraer Jet was standing outside the marked parking area. It is understood that there were no injured persons. The 747s outer leading edge slat was seriously damaged as well as the Embraer´s stabilizer and rudder. 

The 737 safely returned to land at Cagliari fowwoling a bird ingestion soon after departure from runway 32..

The aircraft safely returned to land at Toronto Airport following a shutdown of the right hand engine #2 (GE90-115B) soon after departure from runway 23. Pieces of engine parts (seemingly turbine blades) were later found on the ground. Some engine parts  - sized as large as a smartphone - caused damage to private property when it smashed through the rear window of a car. According to local media, three other cars were hit by falling debris. Fortunately nobody was hurt on the ground. The incident is under investigation.

The aircraft was awaiting line-up clearance on runway 05 at Florence when the pilots received a fire warning from an engine prompting them to initiate an emergency evacuation on the taxyway in which four passengers sustained injuries. Post incident inspection found no trace of fire inside the engines.

Immediately after the landing run was completed, smoke was observed by ground personnel coming out of the left engine #1. Some also reported seeing flames. The aircraft was evacuated on the taxyway. Fire was quickly extinguished by on-baord fire bottles before the airport fire service arrived at the scene. Extent of damage ist unknown. Operations at Mumbai Airport were halted for about 10 minutes.

In the later parts of the cruiseflight the aircraft hat hit by lightning causing the cabin pressure to drop. The pilots initiated an emergency descent and safely diverted to Villahermosa Airport..

The pilots were forced to initiate a high-speed take-off abort after the right hand engine failed. After a stop on the runway, the A321 taxied to the apron without further problems.

Whilst being stationary at the ramp, a baggage card driver apparently suffered a heart attack and was unable to stop his vehicle until it hit the right rear fuselage of the Dash 8. A large dent and wrinkles in a 2 x 1 m portion of the aircraft skin was the result. Apart from the driver, there were no other injured persons involved. The damage was repaired again.

During final approach to runway 07L at Sheremetievo Airport, a bird collided with the left wing leaving a large dent in the leading edge. The approach was continued and the aircraft made a safe landing. .

After a normal landing on runway22C(enter) at night and in heavy downpour, the aircraft vacated via the highspeed taxyway "Echo6" when a number of tires burst or deflated. The aircraft became immobile and hampered airport operations causing some delays to other traffic. Damage is to be assessed but believed to be costly. .

The aircraft overran the end of the runway in good weather where it caught fire and burned to destruction. The aircraft came to a stop on a downsloping field about 200 meters behind the airport fence. A number of crewmembers (approximately seven) suffered injuries. Caslav AB has a runway lengh of 2400 meters. The Antonov An-30 was operating as a surveillance aircraft taking part in the Open Skies programme.

The 737 was parked at the gate when a ground service vehicle collided with the aft skin resulting in a punctured fuselage . Damage is believed to be high. 

About a minute after take-off the left engine ingested a bird and virbrations were felt. The pilots discontinued the climb and the 767 safely returned to Viru Viru Airport. 

The aircraft safely diverted to Karachi Airport following the detection of a crack in a cockpit window during flight.

During engine start-up after boarding, the right engine developed smoke prompting the pilots to shut down the engine and to initiate an emergency evacuation. Damage is believed to be minor.

The 767 safely diverted to Marseilles Airport following an inflight shutdown of engine #2 due to a low oil pressure indication.

In the late stages of the take-off run, both cowlings on the left engine #1 (CFM 56-5B4) opened due to unclear circumstances and were ripped off by the airstream. The pilots discontinued the flight, entered a holding pattern to reduce fuel weight and made a safe landing return to Natal. Some media reported that an engine explosion may have occured during climb-out. According to pictures from inside the A320, there were no indications about an uncontained engine failure.

Shortly after take-off from runway 19 the right engine suffered a compressor stall resulting in a series of loud bangs and streaks of flames were seen by passengers coming out behind the engine. The pilots shut the engine down and m,ade a safe overweight landing on Brisbane´s runway 01 half an hour later.

Soon after departure, the pilots learnt that one of their mainwheels was missing after airport personnel at found it near the the take-off runway. The pilots discontinued the flight, and made a fly-by at low altidute to allow a vusual inspection. It was clearly visible that the aft left tire of the left maingear was missing. The aircraft burned off fuel in a holding pattern west of the airport until it made a safe landing returnto Kevlavik  on runway 11. Damage is believed to be minor.

The aircraft was on its climb-out about 10 minutes after departure from Munich, when the Pilots reported smoke appeared in the cockpit. Further flight was cancelled and the ATR returned to land. On final approach the pilots reported engine problems and were forced to shut down the right engine #2. According to eyewittnesses, the aircraft made a hard touchdown on runway 26L about 35 minutes after departure, Immediately after reverse thrust was selected, the aircraft veered to the left off the side of the runway where it came to rest in the grass with its nosegear apparently broken. The  aircraft was successfully evacuated. There were only some minor injuries among some possengers.
NOTE: The accident happened on the day of the 20th anniversary of the new Munich International Airport.

During cruiseflight at 37000 ft., the pilots received indication about a sudden drop in cabin pressure. A few minuters later the pilots reported a fire broke out in the cabin because of a malfunctioning chemical oxygene canister which was producing sparks and heat causing the carpet to catch fire. The fire was quickly extinguished by members  of the cabin crew. 13 minutes after en-route flight level was left, the A320 made a safe landing on runway 27 at Sofia Airport. All passengers evacuated via deployed slides on the runway. The airport was forced to close for an hour.

On landing runway 02 in rainy conditions, the pilots were unable to stop the aircraft within the runway lengh. The flight came to a stop a few meters past the stop line at the end of the runway  where it overran a number of signal lights. No injuries have been reported among passengers or crewmembers and damage to the aircraft appeared to be superficial, if any.. Airport operations at Magong came to a halt for about 70 minutes until the MD-83 was pulled back onto the runway. At the time of the incident, runway lengh at Makong was reduced  by 900 meters because of repair works in progress. The available distance was 2100 meters..

On landing runway 13T in windy crosswind conditions, the right thrust rverser contacted a windrow causing the aircraft to drift to the right until the pilots cancelled reverse mode and taxied normally to the apron. Post landing inspection showed damage to the thrust reverser.

Immediately after departure from runway 19, engine #2 (right) ingested a bird. The pilots levelled off and returned to Tromso for a safe landing.

The A319 safely returned to land at Ribeirao Preto after its left engine #1 (IAE V2524-A5) ingested a large bord (poss. vulture) very soon after getting airborne.

After an aborted take-off at high speed, the pilots were unable to stop the 737 before the end of the runway (Lengh: 2700 meters). The aircraft overran by a few meters and came to rest within the runway safety area which is paved. None of the passengers or crewmembers were injured. The pilots then made an attempt to turn the aircraft around when at least one maingear leg departed paved surface and the 737 became immobile.

The aircraft crashed into hillside during a go-around maneuvre after a failed landing attempt to land on runway 06 at Jomson Airport. According to local media reports, local weather was fine at the time of the accident. One wing struck the side of a hill right abeam the touchdown zone of runway 06 while the pilots were about to perform a left-hand downwind circuit. Jomson Airfield is situated at an elevation of 2680 meters, and is surrounded by mountains with peaks up to 6000 meters. Reportedly, the pilots radioed on final approach they experienced unspecified problems and had to return to Pokhara.
NOTE: This accident marks the 2nd hull loss for Agni Air after the airline began operations 6 years ago. The last fatal accident occured in 2010.

Post landing inspection of the starbord engines showed birdstrike damage to at least 4 fan blades forcing the temporary grounding of the aircraft for repairs.

On departure, one wheel of the nosegear seperated and fell off the aircraft. The flight was routinely continued to Jayapura where the ATR made a safe landing. 

The A330 safely diverted to Entebbe Airport following an inflight engine shutdown by the pilots for reasons unknown.

On climb-out after take-off from runway runway 36L at Barajas airport the aircraft experienced birdstrike (poss. vulture) resulting in considerable damage to the nose and rodome. The pilots discontinued the climb at 7000 ft. and made a safe landing return.

On landing runway 19, the nosegear apparently gave way and dug in rearwards. The Convair drifted to the left but came to rest within runway on its nose near. There were no reports about any injuries among the crewmembers. According to pictures, the left propeller was sheared off after it came into ground contact. High energy debris from the propeller blades hit the left fuselage resulting in substantial damage. Given the age of the aircraft, it is unlikely the Convair will be repaired again. Traffic at La Aurora Airport came to a halt until the aircraft was removed. 

The Virgin aircraft was under tow when its wingtip hit the tailcone of the other A330 owned by Jetstar. Both aircraft were empty at the time and nobody was hurt. Virgin Australia was due to introduce the A330 for commerical services in Australia at that day.

Whilst parked at the gate, a cargo pallet (under tow) collided with the right hand engine cowling resulting in considerable damage. No person inside the aircraft was hurt. The A320 was taken out of service for repairs.

On approach the pilots reported hydraulic problems but landed safely. The loss of hydraulic power affected the mosegear steering system forcing the pilots to a full stop landing and passengers disemberked vie mobile airsteirs. The runway remained closed for all traffic until the MD-83 was towed off.

Whilst flying en-route at 38000 ft., the pilots received indications of unusual engine vibrations and elected to discontinue the flihgt. The A319 safely diverted to Denver..

The aircraft was performing a demonstration flight when it disappeared off radar screens near Mount Salak and was declared missing. Before it went missing, the pilots were given clearance to descend from 10000 ft. to 6000 ft. Search helicopters found the scattered wreckage the following morning on the northern slopes of Mount Salak at an altitude of 5300 ft ASL. There were no survivors. At the time, the Superjet was on an demonstration tour through some asian-pacific countries to gain attention to potential customers. Jakarta was the 4th stop on the journey, The majority of passengers were representatives of potential customers and also a number of journalists. Local weather at the time was favourable with sufficient visibility and no precipitation. The aircraft was on its 2nd flight of the day, it took off from Halim Airport around 14:00L. There is speculation that the terrain awareness system TAWS was malfunctioning or may have been disengaged by the pilots before the flight.
NOTE: This accidents marks the first hull loss occurence for the Sukhoi Superjet.

On approach the pilots reported a nosewheel steering problem. The A321 safely landed on runway 16L but was unable to leave the runway and needed to be towed to the terminal. 

The aircraft erroneously landed on a closed runway fortunately without colliding with vehicles or other ground obstacles. The A321 was earlier cleared for a landing on the parallel runway. An investigation has been opened.

The aircraft received substantial damage after it came to a stop at gate position C41 and the jetway made normal docking to the left foreward door L1. Due to circumstances unknown, the jetway suddenly lifted about 1,5 meters where it struck the passenger door lifting the entire nose of the A321 for about half a meter until the door ripped loose and seperated from the aircraft allowing the nose to drop rapidly to the ground again. At that time disembarkation of the cabin was about to begin. 

During take-off, the aircraft expereinced tailstrike resulting in unknown damage. The climb-out was continued to cruising level, but the pilots later request to divert to Cyprus. The A321 safely landed at Larnaca..
