Narrative

On landing, the Twin Otter veered off the runway coming to rest on the grass. No one on board was harmed.

On landing runway 10 at Marudi STOL Aerodrom (runway lengh: 1044 x 25 m) the aircraft skidded of the runway across the adjacent green where it came to a halt about 30 meters further in a nearly rectangular angle to the runway.

According to local media, none of the persons on board was injured. The Twin Otter was not damaged.

NOTE: The same aircraft (and same operator) experienced a very similar incident on 2015-08-26 at Mukah, Malaysia.
